We live in a day and age where Dis Ease is at epidemic levels. Dr. Christopher Evans, the founder of At Ease passionately believes that wellness centers should be in every neighborhood and on more corners than Starbucks. Being at ease is your birthright and dis ease is the warning label that one or more things need to be addressed immediately to return the body to ease. Our health is a blessing and cannot be taken for granted. At Ease Wellness Center is honored to be a source of wellness facts about the proper care and maintenance of the human frame,personal fitness,food choice,toxins,medications and how to stay focused in a distracting time.
